SWF Participates in 2022 SatSummit

Director of Space Application Programs, Krystal Azelton, spoke at the 2022 SatSummit on a panel entitled "Characterized by Conflict." Together with Tim Wallace of the New York Times and Matthew D. Steinhelfer of the U.S. State Department, this session looked at how an era of great power conflict is shaping the satellite industry and how satellite data is shaping conflict. Ms. Azelton briefed SWF's Global Counterspace Capabilities Report and offered suggestions for how the development and Earth observation communities could contribute to space sustainability efforts.
