Second Regulator to Regulator Dialogue on Approaches to Licensing of Large Constellations

SWF organized and hosted a workshop with a group of regulators and space debris & space environmental management experts to discuss challenges and approaches to oversight and licensing of large constellations. This workshop, held on the margins of the International Astronautical Congress in Paris, was the second workshop SWF has hosted on this topic in 2022. It brought together national regulators from multiple countries to discuss with each other these challenges, their approaches to licensing large constellations, and potential solutions, with a case focus on the topic of orbital carrying capacity.
