Daniel Porras, Director of Strategic Partnerships and Communications joined a panel organised by Chatham House (London) to discuss the latest developments in cyberspace, outer space, electronic warfare and the Arctic. This panel considered how best the UK and Japan might respond to space-security challenges from both an international law and security perspective.
