2nd Summit for Space Sustainability Postponed

Friday, March 13, 2020

After careful consideration of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation and the developments of this week, Secure World Foundation has decided to postpone the 2nd Summit for Space Sustainability from June 2-3, 2020 to September 10-11, 2020. The location will remain the same: FHI 360 in Washington, DC.

Due to the uncertainties surrounding the spread of COVID-19 and the fact that the severity of this outbreak is already having large affects on travel and gatherings in the coming months, we have decided to adjust plans accordingly.  The safety and health of our attendees, speakers, and staff, as well as the quality of the event, remain our highest priorities, and we believe that postponing the Summit will alleviate health concerns as well as allow us to bring you a higher quality event.

We thank our partners, speakers, and participants for their understanding and look forward to the event in September. Registration will remain open and programming and partner announcements will follow in the weeks and months to come.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to Conference Chair, Krystal Azelton, if you have any questions or concerns.
