SWF Participates in Wilton Park Discussion on Space Norms of Behavior

On March 31-April 2, 2019, Wilton Park held "Operating in Space: Towards Developing Protocols (WP1680)." This conference discussed how norms of behavior might help stabilize some parts of the space domain, focusing on launch, debris, conjunction, and in-orbit services.  SWF Washington Office Director Victoria Samson participated and contributed to the discussions.
