SWF Helps Organize the First Global Satellite Servicing Forum

SWF, through its role as part of the Secretariat for the Consortium for Execution of Rendezvous and Servicing Operations (CONFERS), helped organize the first annual Global Satellite Servicing Forum (GSSF), a day-long event that brought together more than 140 participants to discuss global satellite servicing technology, market, and policy developments. SWF Director of Program Planning Dr. Brian Weeden, who also serves as the Executive Director of CONFERS, served as the Master of Ceremonies for the event and moderated a panel discussion on the regulatory and policy considerations for satellite servicing, while SWF Director of Private Sector Programs Mr. Ian Christensen moderated a panel on market and business trends.
