Legal and Ethical Boundaries of Conflict in Space

SWF co-sponsored an event held by the University of Pennsylvania's Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law (CERL) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The presentations and moderated discussions focused on the challenge of defining the legal boundaries of conflict that includes space. Over 40 experts from academia, public policy, national security, and the aerospace industry gathered for the two-day invite-only event. Washington Office Director Victoria Samson presented the preliminary results of an upcoming SWF report on global counterspace capabilities.
