Victoria Samson Published in American Foreign Policy Council's Defense Dossier

Secure World Foundation Washington Office Director Victoria Samson was published in the American Foreign Policy Council's May issue of the Defense Dossier. This issue of the publication focuses on South Asia, especially India, as a region that the United States has yet to address in its short and long term goals in international defense cooperation. Ms. Samson's article entitled "A New Arena for Cooperation" explores the benefits and challenges surrounding a US-India collaboration in space. The article also discusses India's current role in the international space community and the importance of including India in discussions on the International Code of Conduct.
